Dear Mr. Painter,

This letter is the contract payment agreement between Academia Holdings Ltd. and yourself, Mr. Painter. Per our previous discussion, it has been agreed that Academia Holdings Ltd. will pay you $5,000 for the commissioned artwork project. The payment will be divided into two installments, as follows:

Should there be any payment issues or delays, you must notify us immediately to discuss potential adjustments to the payment schedule.

Failure to adhere to this contract may result in legal action. Kindly acknowledge your acceptance of these terms by signing and returning a copy of this payment letter.
