Dear Ms. Anderson,

This letter serves as a formal notice of the cancellation of the contract entered between us on February 13, 2050. This contract cancellation is under the terms and conditions of our agreement.

We regret the necessity of this decision and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All the obligations and rights of both parties under the contract will henceforth cease after the effective date of this cancellation, that is, April 19, 2050.

Please consider this letter a final settlement of our account unless you contact us with any discrepancies or issues you might identify within 15 days of receiving this letter.
