Dear Mary Milne,

I am writing on behalf of EcoVenture Energy to create a business contract between our company and yourself. Please review the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Services to be Provided: EcoVenture Energy agrees to provide renewable energy consulting services to Mary Milne.

2. Payment Terms: Mary Milne agrees to pay a total amount of $10,000 for the services provided. Payment will be made in three installments: an initial deposit of $3,000 upon contract signing, followed by two equal installments of $3,500 each, due on the first day of the following two months.

3. Duration of Contract: This contract shall begin on August 10, 2061 and continue for a period of one year, ending on August 11, 2062.

4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of this contract.

5. Governing Law: This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
