I am thrilled to extend this formal offer of employment on behalf of AquaPioneer Dynamics. This contract letter aims to clearly outline the terms and conditions of your employment, ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations.
1. Job Responsibilities: As an employee of AquaPioneer Dynamics, your role will be to lead research projects in the extraction and characterization of bioactive compounds from marine organisms.
2. Salary: You will be compensated with a monthly salary of $120,000, payable on the 15th and 30th basis. This amount is subject to regular performance reviews and potential increments based on merit.
3. Work Hours: Your regular work hours will be 8 hours from 6am to 2pm. This may be subject to reasonable adjustment based on business needs, and you may be required to work additional hours or weekends as necessary.
