I hope this letter finds you well. We are pleased to confirm the terms and conditions agreed upon by you, an independent contractor, and Kingston Construction.

1. Engagement of Services
You shall provide construction services to Kingston Construction as an independent contractor, commencing on June 15, 2050, until completion of the project.

2. Scope of Work

• Completion of all construction work in accordance with the specifications and plans provided by Kingston Construction.

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  

3. Compensation
Kingston Construction agrees to pay you a total of $12,000 for the entire project. Payment shall be made on a monthly basis.
