We are seeking a candidate who:

Can lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of continuous growth and collaboration
Proficient in data interpretation. Will analyze metrics, identify trends, create, and implement data-driven decision-making strategies
Emphasizes the enhancement of operational efficiency, proactively identifying and implementing initiatives
Experience
At least 10 years of experience in a senior operational role and proven success in leadership and business development.
