We’re seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Operations Associate to handle the day-to-day operational activities of our business. Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with daily operations and coordination of all operational activities of the business.

• Identify and resolve operational issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals.

• Implement operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of products, and keeping warehouse inventory current.

• Analyze working procedures for utmost efficiency and suggest changes when necessary.

• Provide assistance to maintain mandatory safety standards in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an operations or logistics role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.

Necessary Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar operations role, with a proven track record of simplifying complex procedures, improving efficiency, and managing multiple tasks.
