Job Title: Service Operator
Greeneco Movers, an industry leader in environmentally friendly moving services, is actively seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in the role of Service Operator. This role is based in our Cheshire location and is focused on providing paramount service to our customers addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns with utmost professionalism.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Document, prioritize, and manage service requests from customers.
Coordinate with service team members to assign and schedule tasks to the appropriate personnel.
Monitor the progress of service requests to ensure quick resolution.
Investigate service issues, discover root causes, and initiate appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex service matters.
Escalate unresolved issues to the higher management when necessary.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communicative abilities, both written and verbal.
Proven problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Proven record of managing tasks effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload.
