Responsibilities and Duties:

Recruit, train, and mentor a highly effective operations team.

Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and provide support to team members.

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive company goals.

Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Ensure timely and cost-effective production, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Manage and optimize resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Manage budgets, control costs, and improve efficiency.

Liaise with suppliers and vendors to secure necessary resources.
Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional leadership, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and relationship management skills, excellent analytical and time management skills.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field. A minimum of 5 years working experience in an operations management role or similar managerial position is also required. Certification in Project Management and knowledge of industry-specific regulatory standards are a plus.
