Job Title: Business Controller
As a Business Controller, you will provide necessary accounting and financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the company. Preparing accurate and timely financial reports including income statements and balance sheets for different internal and external stakeholders will be at the heart of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Analyze financial data for strategic planning.
Prepare and manage budgets.
Provide insights to guide decision-making processes.
Create accurate financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
Communicating key financial data to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, or CPA).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial software programs and MS Office.
Experience
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing financial data and delivering budgets and financial reports.
Additional Requirements
You must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be willing to relocate to West Palm Beach, Florida, if not currently residing in the area.
