Job Title: Business Analyst
EcoWaste Solutions, a leader in the waste management industry, is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct data analysis to uncover trends, create reports and visualizations, document processes, and spearhead the resolution of operational gaps to drive business success.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document business requirements, structure data, and develop dynamic dashboards that inform tactical business decisions.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

Ensure efficiency and optimization by mapping current and future state business processes.

Accomplish reporting and visualization and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.

Pinpoint gaps between current and desired business processes, collaborating with teams to design and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, coupled with 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role. Proficient use of data analysis tools and software, excellent problem-solving competency, strong communication skills, and precise attention to detail are must-haves. Experience in the waste management industry is a bonus.
Necessary Experience:
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience in business analysis and complexity management, ideally in waste management or a similar industry. The ideal candidate boasts a track record of developing effective solutions and successfully spearheading projects to completion.
Additional Requirements:
The candidate must be willing to work onsite at our Irvine location and also possess authorization to work in the United States. Lastly, certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) would be ideal.
