Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 10 years in a senior executive position in the pharmaceutical industry
A demonstrable record of success in previous roles
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Familiarity with corporate governance and financial management
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic plan for our organization. Lead the executive team in setting priorities and achieving long-term success.
Corporate Governance: Regularly report to the Board of Directors on company performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with the board to make key decisions affecting the company.
Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and maintaining the organization's financial health. Manage resources efficiently to maximize profitability and growth.
