Job Title: Medical Affairs
Medical affairs serve as a crucial link between the medical industry and the healthcare professionals. As the catalyst of this connection, the role requires an organized, communicative professional with a strong medical background who can liaise between scientific and healthcare communities. The position helps ensure that products, services, and information are accurately communicated.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Partnering with the scientific community to exchange health outcome information and therapeutic benefits of the products

Liaising with healthcare professionals to provide informed answers to medical questions surrounding the products

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent public messaging in the medical domain

Contributing to the development of health economics evidence strategies

Supporting identification of patient education opportunities and implementation of patient support initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:

A degree in Medical Sciences.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in healthcare or a related industry.

Effective communication skills in all media forms.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deal with complex situations within tight deadlines.
Necessary Experience:
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders in the healthcare, pharma or a related industry is a must. The candidate should have a demonstrated record of publishing meaningful scientific research. Experience in a leadership or communication-based role in healthcare would be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
The candidate has to be willing to travel frequently to liaise with healthcare professionals, attend conferences and overview clinical trials. Full training and certification related to our products and services will be provided upon successful hiring.
