Dear Sarah Johnson,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally document our agreement concerning establishing a joint photography venture. This agreement is entered into voluntarily and with the mutual understanding of both parties.

Terms of Agreement:

1. Nature of Agreement: This agreement establishes a partnership between John Miller and Sarah Johnson to jointly provide photography services.

2. Roles and Responsibilities:

   • John Miller will be responsible for photography equipment and post-production.

   • Sarah Johnson will be responsible for client communication and business development.

3. Duration of Agreement: This agreement shall commence on January 1, 2023, and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2023, unless terminated by mutual consent.

4. Financial Terms:

   • Profits and expenses will be shared equally between both parties.

   • Each party will contribute $2,000 as initial capital.
