Dear Mr. McArthur,
This letter is a formal agreement between Elite Horizon Construction and you for the stated construction services. This agreement aims to formally establish the terms of our engagement and assure transparency and mutual understanding.
As per our agreement, Elite Horizon Construction agrees to provide the construction services as discussed for a duration to be mutually agreed upon. The payment terms will follow our standard practice of an upfront deposit followed by balance payments at various project intervals.
The obligations and responsibilities of both parties regarding project execution, maintaining confidentiality of project details, and grounds for termination are to be agreed upon in future discussions. The law of Texas will govern the agreement.
