Dear Ms. Hessel,
This letter serves as an agreement between the undersigned parties concerning the purchase of the piece of land identified in the attached legal description. The parties involved are the buyer, whose details are provided above, and the seller, Eunice Hessel. The purchase price for the land has been mutually agreed upon to be the sum payable in installments as outlined in the payment plan mutually agreed upon.
The closing conditions for the deal will be upon the full payment of the agreed price. There are contingencies in the case of unexpected events impeding the successful execution of this transaction, details of which can be found in the attached document. This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the city and state mentioned above.
This contract takes effect upon the date of the last party to sign this agreement. Your signature will denote agreement with the terms and conditions as outlined within this document and any associated documents.
