Dear Ms. Thompson,

I, Gwyn Rodriguez, the property owner, am writing to establish a landlord agreement contract with you, Shanaiah Thompson, the tenant. The purpose of this agreement is to outline formally the terms and conditions under which my property will be rented out to you.

Under this agreement, the property will be rented to you for 24 months starting from March 15, 2050, at a payment of $1,500.00 per month. As the tenant, you will be responsible for keeping the property clean without unnecessary damage. Measures will be implemented to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information. Either party can terminate the agreement by giving a 30-day notice. The laws of Texas will govern this agreement.
