Dear Mr. Allan Martinez,
I am writing this letter to formalize our agreement for photography services. I, Richard Seymour, hereby agree to provide you, Allan Martinez, with professional photography services for your specified purposes and requirements. This letter outlines our understanding regarding the conditions of this service provision.
The service will include both on-set and post-production duties, including but not limited to taking photos, editing, and delivering high-resolution digital copies. This agreement shall commence on the agreed start date and last for the agreed duration.
Payment shall be made according to our agreed-upon rate and schedule. Both parties agree to perform their duties with diligence and professionalism, respect confidentiality, and have the right to terminate the agreement due to breach or other justifiable reasons. The contract shall be governed by local law.
