Adventure Waiver Agreement

Parties Involved

This Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on July 15, 2050, between Fred Powell ("Participant") and Adventure Peak Park ("Organizer").

Inherent Risks

The Participant recognizes that there are inherent risks involved in the activity of zip lining, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury caused by falls or collisions

• Damage to personal property

• Mental trauma from the experience of height and speed

Release of Liability

The Participant releases the Organizer, its agents, representatives, and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, or otherwise, arising out of or related to his participation in the zip lining adventure.

Voluntary Participation

The Participant affirms that participation is entirely voluntary, and he willingly chooses to participate despite the risks.

Understanding of Terms

The Participant affirms that he understands and accepts the terms as they have been explained and will comply with all rules and regulations as set forth by the Organizer.

Clause Invalidity

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
