Acknowledgement Agreement
INTRODUCTION
This Acknowledgment Agreement is entered into as of this June 2, 2050, by and between ToTekkie Company, with its principal address at 4046 Boone Crockett Ln., Port Angeles, WA 98362 (the "Seller"), and Anna Holmes, based at 3827 Prudence St., Port Angeles, WA 98362 (the "Buyer").
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Buyer hereby acknowledges the receipt from the Seller of 50 units of brand-new LED Monitors, Model XYZ-123, as stated in the original agreement dated _____.

CONFIRMATION OF THE BUYER
The Buyer hereby confirms that all of the merchandise received is of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose intended as per the terms of the original agreement. The Buyer confirms the receipt in full and waives any right of item reclamation.
CONFIRMATION OF THE SELLER
The Seller hereby confirms the delivery of the products and the compliance of the shipment with the original agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE
Both parties agree to maintain the details of this transaction and the contents of this agreement strictly confidential.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State where the transaction took place.
