FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
This Loan Agreement is made on this day, between Greenlit Bank, situated at Cincinnati, OH 45201 (hereinafter "Lender"), and Lyda Fadel, residing at Pittsburgh, PA 15201 (hereinafter "Borrower").
1. Agreement Terms
The Lender agrees to loan the Borrower the principal sum of $5,000 ("Principal"), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Interest
The Borrower agrees to pay interest on the unpaid Principal at the rate of 3% per annum. Interest charges will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year.
3. Repayment
The Borrower agrees to repay the Principal along with the accumulated interest.
4. Termination
This Agreement shall be terminated upon full repayment of the Principal and accumulated interest by the Borrower. The Lender may also terminate this Agreement for any breach of its terms by the Borrower.
5. Modification
This Agreement may only be modified with the written consent of both the Lender and the Borrower.
6. Compliance with Laws
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to this Agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Any information received by either party within the scope of this Agreement shall be considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the express written consent of the other party.
8. Legal Review
This Agreement has been reviewed by both parties and their respective legal advisors. Both the Lender and the Borrower have had the opportunity to independently review this Agreement and have agreed to its terms freely, without duress or undue influence.
