3. Shipping and Logistics: The responsibility of transporting goods from Marketsrum to HeartedStrings lies with the exporter unless otherwise mutually decided.

5. Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising under this Agreement will be handled amicably through mediation or, if necessary, arbitration in a jurisdiction mutually agreed upon.

6. Duration and Termination: This Agreement will remain in force for an agreed period. Either party can terminate the Agreement, given that notice is provided in an agreed-upon timeframe.
