Dear Mr. Clark,
I am writing to give my formal notification that I will be ending my lease agreement on the property located at 123 Maple Street, Rivertown, NY 10001. As per the terms of the lease agreement and in compliance with the local Landlord and Tenancy laws, this letter serves as my 30-day notice of lease termination. Please accept this letter as my official notice of termination, effective June 24, 2057.
