Dear Mr. Davis,
I trust this letter reaches you in good health. I am writing to formalize our agreement about leasing the property located at 123 Elm Street, Rivertown, NY 10012. Based on our earlier conversations, we've mutually agreed to a one-year lease term for the property.
The monthly lease for the above-mentioned property stands at $1,200, which will commence on April 1, 2050. The lease amount is due on the first of every month. The agreed-upon lease term will end on March 31, 2051, unless either party opts for renewal or termination with 30 days advance notice.
