I am writing to inform you that I will not be renewing your lease agreement for the property located in Tucson, AZ 85701, which ends on September 30, 2051. This letter serves as your official notice of lease termination.
Please ensure that the property is vacated and left in a clean condition, by the stipulations outlined in your lease agreement. Specifically, the property should be free of personal belongings, and trash, and in the same condition as when you initially moved in, aside from normal wear and tear. A final inspection will be conducted to confirm that the property meets these requirements.
If you decide to vacate the premises before the lease expiration date, you are required to continue paying the rental fees until either the lease agreement concludes or a new tenant is secured, whichever comes first.
