Dear Ms. Scott,
I am writing to inform you that I will not renew my lease for the apartment I currently reside in as of the lease expiry date of June 30, 2050. Per our lease agreement, I am providing you with this written notice 30 days before I intend to vacate the property.
I have endeavored to maintain the apartment in good condition during my occupancy. I will ensure the premises are clean and any waste or personal belongings are removed before departure. Should any minor repair works be required, I will arrange for these to be completed before the aforementioned date.
