Zero-Hour Contract
This Zero Hour Contract ("Contract") is entered into between [YOUR COMPANY Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and [Employee Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Employee," effective from [Start Date].
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Contract is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Employee may be engaged by the Employer on an as-needed basis, without any obligation on either party for a minimum number of working hours.
