Simple Contract

Parties:

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [DATE] between:

[PARTY A NAME], with a mailing address of [PARTY A ADDRESS], ("Party A"), and

[PARTY B NAME], with a mailing address of [PARTY B ADDRESS], ("Party B").

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which Party A agrees to provide services to Party B.

Payment:
