Free Simple Contract

Parties:

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [DATE] between:

Purpose:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Work/Services:

   • Party A shall design and develop a website according to the specifications provided by Party B.

   • Party B acknowledges that the scope of work/services is as described herein.

2. Payment:

   • Party B agrees to pay Party A the total sum of $[AMOUNT] for the work/services rendered.

   • Payment shall be made in USD within 30 days of receipt of an invoice from Party A.

3. Term and Termination:
