Venue Contract
This Venue Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of [Date] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME], located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] ("Venue Manger"), and [CLIENT'S NAME], located at [CLIENT'S ADDRESS] ("Client"). Venue Manager and Client shall collectively be referred to as the "Parties."
1. Description of the Event
The purpose of this Contract is to secure the venue and services of the Client for a product launch event to be organized by the Venue Manager on behalf of its client, a technology firm, on [Event Date].
2. Venue Details
Client agrees to provide the venue located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS]. The venue must be ideal for product launches, and equipped with the necessary audio and visual equipment, restrooms, and security features.
3. Payment Terms
Party A agrees to pay Party B the amount of [Amount] for the use of the venue. A deposit of [Deposit Amount] is due upon execution of this Contract. The remaining balance shall be paid on or before [Final Payment Date].
4. Equipment Provisions
Client shall provide all the necessary equipment, such as projectors, sound systems, microphones, lighting, and other event-specific needs as agreed by the Parties.
5. Cancellation Policy
Should the Client cancel the event within [Number of Days] before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of [Cancellation Fee] will be incurred.
6. Liability
Client's liability for any claim concerning this Contract does not exceed the total amount paid by Venue Manager. Client shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Force Majeure
Both parties are exempt from liability for any failure to fulfill obligations arising from acts of nature, war, civil unrest, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, or disruptions in essential services, such as electricity, internet, or telephone, as outlined in this contractual provision.
8. Governing Law
This Contract shall be interpreted under the laws of the [State/Country]. Any dispute arising under this Contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the [State/Country] courts.
9. Entire Agreement
This Contract contains the full understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior representations and understandings, whether oral or written.
