Nanny Contract
This Nanny Contract (hereinafter “Contract") is entered into on September 15, 2050, ("Effective Date"), by and between Emily Johnson (referred to as the “Nanny”), residing at 123 Maple Street, Springfield and [Your Name] (collectively referred to as the “Parents”), residing at 456 Oak Avenue, Springfield, about the care of their children, Chloe Turner (aged 5) and Ethan Turner (aged 3) (referred to as the “Children”).
1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Nanny agrees to attend to the Children according to the needs and instructions provided by the Parents and to ensure their safety and welfare at all times during the scheduled working hours. The Nanny’s duties and responsibilities shall also include those relating to the Children’s physical needs, entertainment, and transportation as may be agreed upon by the Parties.
2. WORK SCHEDULE
The Nanny shall provide childcare services as per the work schedule agreed upon by the Parties, starting on October 1, 2050. The daily start and end times shall be 8 AM and 6 PM unless otherwise agreed.
3. COMPENSATION
The Parents agree to pay the Nanny a total compensation of $2,500 per month, payable on the 1st and 15th of each month. This payment covers all the hours that the Nanny works by the work schedule.
4. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Contract will commence on the Effective Date and will continue until September 15, 2051, unless terminated by either Party with a written notice of termination which must be given at least 15 days before the proposed termination date.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Nanny agrees to keep strictly confidential all information relating to the Parents and the Children and shall not disclose the same to any third party without the prior written consent of the Parents.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Contract shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [State], and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Illinois.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
This Contract contains the entire agreement between the Parties and cannot be amended except in writing signed by both Parties. In the event any provision of this Contract is deemed unenforceable, such provision shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Contract.
