CO PARENTING CONTRACT
This Co Parenting Contract ("Contract") is established to provide a framework for the cooperative co-parenting of [Child/Children's Full Name(s)] (the "Child/Children") by [Parent 1's Full Name] and [Parent 2's Full Name] (collectively referred to as the "Parents").

3. VISITATION RIGHTS

4. FINANCIAL SUPPORT

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
