GROUP CONTRACT

This Group Contract ("Contract"), effective as of [Date], is established by the members listed below ("Members") of Harmony Collective. It outlines the collaboration terms, roles, responsibilities, and financial arrangements to ensure clarity and fairness among all Members.

1. Introduction

This Contract outlines the terms agreed upon by the Members of Harmony Collective, a creative collaboration focused on composing, recording, and performing original musical works across a variety of genres, with an emphasis on innovation and collaboration.

2. Objectives of the Collaboration

The primary objective of this collaboration is to create a vibrant and sustainable platform for artistic expression, enabling members to collaboratively produce, share, and monetize original music. This includes the pursuit of live performances, recordings, and digital distributions, ensuring that all creative outputs are managed in a manner that is fair, transparent, and equitable for all Members.

3. Membership

3.1 Roles and Responsibilities

Each Member shall:

• Contribute: Utilize their unique skills in the group's projects.

• Participate: Engage in meetings and the decision-making process.

• Respect: Honor the contributions and rights of all members.

3.2 Joining and Leaving the Group

• Joining: New members can join with unanimous consent from current members.

• Leaving: Members must give a 30-day written notice to leave the group.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All creative works produced by the Group shall be owned collectively by its Members, with each Member granted equal shares in copyright ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revenue Sharing and Financial Arrangements

Revenues derived from the Group's activities, such as performances, sales, and licensing, will be distributed equally among all Members. All expenses incurred by the Group will be paid from the Group's revenue before any distribution is made.

6. Decision-Making and Conflict Resolution

Decisions affecting the Group shall be made by consensus where possible. In case of disputes, a mediation process will be followed.

7. Confidentiality

Members agree to maintain confidentiality of the Group's discussions, work in progress, and internal affairs.

8. Termination

This Contract may be terminated by mutual agreement of all Members or automatically upon the Group achieving its objectives, as stated in Section 2.

9. Amendments

This Contract may only be amended by written agreement of all Members.
