(b) Vehicles parked in time-limited zones must adhere to posted time restrictions, and overstaying the time limit may result in fines or towing.

2.3 Residential Permit Parking

(a) Residential streets may be designated as permit parking zones, requiring residents to obtain permits for parking during specified hours.

(b) Only vehicles displaying valid residential parking permits are permitted to park in designated permit parking areas during restricted hours.

2.4 Commercial Vehicle Parking

(a) Commercial vehicles may be subject to specific parking regulations, including restrictions on parking in residential areas or loading zones during designated hours.

(b) Unauthorized commercial vehicles may be subject to fines or towing if parked in prohibited areas.

Article 3: Parking Enforcement

Article 5: Appeals Process

5.1 Individuals who receive parking citations may submit appeals to contest the citation within a specified timeframe.

5.2 Appeals shall be reviewed by the Parking Authority, and decisions regarding appeals shall be communicated to appellants in writing.

Article 6: Severability

If any provision of these bylaws is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
