I. Services

Audience Engagement: Engaging with their audience, the Influencer will respond to comments, inquiries, and feedback related to the promoted beverage, fostering a sense of community and trust around the brand.

III. Compensation
In reciprocation for the Influencer's full completion and adherence to all obligations as outlined in this Contract, the Company is committed and obligated to remunerate the Influencer. IV. Exclusivity
The individual who operates as an Influencer, as outlined within the parameters of this Contract, agrees and commits not to establish, enter, or partake in any similar agreement or contract. The prohibition specifically extends to agreements with any companies that are in direct competition within the beverage industry, either by offering similar products or operating within the same market segments. This condition shall be upstanding and in effect for the full duration of time that this Contract remains active and binding.
V. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public information obtained during the term of this Contract unless expressly authorized by the disclosing party.
VI. Duration and Termination
