Social Media Manager Contract
This Social Media Manager Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date] ("Effective Date"), by and between [Client Name], with a registered office at [Client Address] ("Client"), and [Your Name], residing at [Your Address] ("Social Media Manager").
I. Services
The Social Media Manager agrees to provide social media management services as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto ("Services"). The Services may include but are not limited to content creation, scheduling posts, community engagement, analytics reporting, and other tasks related to social media management.
II. Compensation
In consideration for the Services provided, the Client agrees to pay the Social Media Manager a fee of [Insert Amount] per [Hour/Week/Month]. Payment shall be made [Insert Payment Terms, e.g., monthly, bi-weekly] via [Insert Payment Method]. Any additional expenses incurred by the Social Media Manager in the performance of the Services shall be reimbursed by the Client upon presentation of receipts.

V. Confidentiality
The Social Media Manager agrees to keep confidential all information provided by the Client, including but not limited to business strategies, marketing plans, and customer data. The Social Media Manager shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Client's prior written consent.
VI. Indemnification
The Social Media Manager agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Client from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Social Media Manager's performance of the Services under this Contract.
VII. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
VIII. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
