Remodeling Contract

REMODELING CONTRACT

This remodeling contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date] by and between

[Homeowner's Name], located at [Homeowner's Address], referred to herein as the "Homeowner", and [Contractor's Name], located at [Contractor's Address], referred to herein as the "Contractor".

I. Project Description

  • Tiling of bathroom floor and walls.

  • Installation of new lighting fixtures and ventilation system.

  • Painting or finishing of walls and ceiling as necessary.

II. Project Timeline

The project is expected to commence on [Start Date] and be completed by [Completion Date], subject to any changes agreed upon by both parties. The Contractor will provide regular updates on the progress of the project.

III. Payment Terms
