Wedding Venue Contract

WEDDING VENUE CONTRACT

This Wedding Venue Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract ") dated [DATE] is entered into by and between [Your Company Name], a company registered under [Your Company Number] with its address located at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Venue"), and [Party B Name], with its address located at [Party B Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Couple").

1. WEDDING EVENT DETAILS

The Venue agrees to host a wedding ceremony and reception for the Couple on the [DATE OF WEDDING] from [START TIME] to [END TIME].

2. VENUE RENTAL FEES

The Couple agrees to pay the Venue the total sum of $[AMOUNT] covering the date of the wedding ceremony and reception. The initial deposit of $[AMOUNT] will be due on [PAYMENT DATE]. The remainder of the fees will be paid by the Couple to the Venue on or before [FINAL PAYMENT DATE].

3. CANCELLATION

If the wedding is canceled by the Couple within [NUMBER] days before the wedding date, the deposit will be non-refundable. In case the Venue cancels the event under any circumstances, the Couple will receive a full refund of the deposit.

4. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

5. INDEMNIFICATION

The Couple agrees to indemnify and hold the Venue harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the Couple's use of the Venue's property during the event.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Venue and the Couple and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
