Employee Referral Bonus Program

Program Details

Eligibility

All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate.

Referral Bonuses

Tier 1 Referral Bonus	Referring employees will receive a bonus of $1,000 for successful hires in the following departments: Engineering, Research & Development, and Sales.
Tier 2 Referral Bonus	Referring employees will receive a bonus of $500 for successful hires in other departments, including Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Customer Support.

Candidate Eligibility

Referred candidates must meet the minimum qualifications for the position.

Candidates must be new hires who have not previously worked for [Your Company Name].

The referred employee must remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months for the referring employee to receive the bonus.

Referral Process

1. Employees can refer candidates by submitting their resumes and contact information to the HR Department using our online referral form.
