LIFE COACHING CONTRACT
This Contract is officially valid starting from [Effective Date] and involves, [Your Company Name] with its main office located at [Your Company Address] (also known as the "Coach") and [Client's Name] living at [Client's Address] (also known as the "Client").
1. Services
With this contract, the Coach will provide life coaching services which will guide the Client in identifying and reaching personal goals in their life. The Coach will create solutions tailored to the needs and goals of the Client. The Coach will use honest and ethical methods to assist the Client in their personal growth and development.
1.1 Personalized Guidance: The Coach offers individualized life coaching services, customizing strategies to suit each Client's unique aspirations and challenges.
1.2 Goal-Oriented Approach: Through collaborative sessions, the Coach helps the Client define clear objectives and devises actionable plans to achieve them effectively.
1.3 Ethical Practices: Upholding principles of integrity and honesty, the Coach ensures that all methodologies employed align with the Client's values and foster genuine personal growth.
1.4 Empowering Solutions: Utilizing evidence-based techniques, the Coach empowers the Client to overcome obstacles, fostering resilience and self-reliance in their journey toward fulfillment.
1.5 Continuous Support: Beyond sessions, the Coach remains accessible to the Client, providing ongoing encouragement, accountability, and guidance to sustain progress and momentum.
1.6 Holistic Development: By addressing various aspects of the Client's life, the Coach fosters holistic development, promoting balance, fulfillment, and long-term success in both personal and professional spheres.
2. Responsibilities and Expectations
The Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation “(ICF)” or equivalent body. The Client is expected to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, deliver on commitments, and create the personal success they desire.
2.1 Ethical Standards Compliance: The Coach commits to upholding the ethical guidelines outlined by the International Coach Federation (ICF) or an equivalent regulatory body, ensuring integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
2.2 Client Communication: The Client is expected to engage in transparent and honest communication with the Coach, fostering an environment conducive to growth and development through receptive feedback and guidance.
2.3 Commitment to Actions: Both parties agree that the Client will fulfill commitments made during coaching sessions, actively participating in their journey towards personal success and achievement of desired goals.
2.4 Accountability for Results: The Coach and Client share the responsibility for the Client's progress, with the Coach providing support and guidance while the Client takes ownership of their actions and outcomes, driving towards tangible results.
3. Session Schedule
The Coach and the Client, both parties involved in the coaching process, will work together to decide on the most appropriate date and time to hold the coaching sessions. Once this mutual agreement is reached, the coaching sessions will be conducted using an Online Platform or any other service platform, as long as both the Coach and the Client find it suitable and acceptable. However, it is important to note that the Client will carry the responsibility for initiating all the calls that have been agreed upon and arranged beforehand with the Coach.
4. Fees and Payment
The Client acknowledges and agrees to the payment of the specified Total Cost for the services related to life coaching provided. This agreed amount is expected to be remitted in advance, specifically on the date mentioned as the Payment Date. Furthermore, the Client commits to making a payment for each life coaching session in a manner congruent with one of the accepted forms of payment.
5. Confidentiality
The Coach will keep all information shared during sessions strictly confidential. The Coach will not divulge any information about the Client unless they receive written permission from the Client to do so.
5.1 Trust and Privacy: Clients can trust that their discussions with the Coach remain private, fostering an environment where they feel safe to explore personal matters openly.
5.2 Professional Integrity: Upholding professional standards, the Coach respects the confidentiality agreement, ensuring that sensitive information remains undisclosed to any third party without the explicit consent of the Client.
5.3 Legal Compliance: Adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, the Coach maintains confidentiality to protect the Client's privacy rights and uphold the integrity of the coaching relationship.
6. Termination
Both the Coach and the Client have the right to terminate this contract at any time with written notice. If the contract is terminated before the completion of the sessions, the Client will be refunded an amount proportionate to the number of sessions remaining.
