Personal Business Contract

This Personal Business Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date] by and between: [Your Name], residing at [Your Address] ("Party A"), and [Counter party's Name], residing at [Counter party's Address] ("Party B")

I. Scope of Work

Party A agrees to provide the following services or goods ("Services/Goods") to Party B:

Party A will create a custom logo for Party B, including initial concept designs, revisions based on feedback, and final logo files in various formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG, vector).
Party A will design branded marketing materials for Party B, including business cards, letterheads, and email signatures
Timeline: Initial logo concepts to be delivered within 5 business days of contract signing. Final logo delivery within 3 business days of approval.

Website Development:

Party A will design and develop a responsive website for Party B, including website layout design, content creation, integration of e-commerce functionality, and testing for compatibility across devices and browsers.
Party A will provide ongoing maintenance and support for Party B's website, including software updates, security monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Timeline: Website design concepts to be delivered within 10 business days of contract signing. Website development and launch within 30 business days of concept approval

Content Creation:

Party A will create high-quality written content for Party B's website, including blog posts, articles, and product descriptions, tailored to Party B's target audience and brand voice.
Party A will conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to Party B's website.
Timeline: Initial content outline to be delivered within 7 business days of contract signing. Content creation and delivery on a bi-weekly basis thereafter.

II. Terms of Service/Goods

The Services/Goods provided by Party A shall include but are not limited to:

Graphic Design Services:

Specifications: The logo design will be created using vector graphics software and delivered in PNG, JPEG, and AI file formats.
Delivery: The initial logo concepts will be presented to Party B via email within 5 business days of contract signing. Final logo files will be delivered upon approval.
Acceptance Criteria: Party B will have the opportunity to request revisions to the initial logo concepts until satisfactory. Final approval will be required before the logo files are delivered.
Warranty/Guarantee: Party A guarantees that the final logo design will be original and free from any copyright infringement. A 30-day revision period is provided for minor adjustments after delivery.

Website Development:

Specifications: The website will be built using responsive design principles, ensuring compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. It will include integration with an e-commerce platform for online transactions.
Delivery: Website design concepts will be presented to Party B for review and feedback within 10 business days of contract signing. The website will be launched upon Party B's approval of the final design.
Acceptance Criteria: Party B will have the opportunity to review the website during development and provide feedback for revisions. Final acceptance will be required before the website is launched.
Warranty/Guarantee: Party A guarantees that the website will be free from any defects in workmanship for 90 days following the launch date. Technical support will be provided during this period.

Content Creation:

Specifications: Written content will be tailored to Party B's target audience and brand voice, with a focus on SEO best practices for increased visibility.
Delivery: Content outlines will be provided to Party B for approval within 7 business days of contract signing. Content will be delivered on a bi-weekly basis thereafter.
Acceptance Criteria: Party B will review and approve content outlines before the writing process begins. Revisions will be accommodated based on Party B's feedback.
Warranty/Guarantee: Party A guarantees that all content will be original, plagiarism-free, and grammatically correct. Revisions will be provided for any content not meeting Party B's standards.

III. Payment

Total Payment Amount

Party B agrees to pay Party A the total sum of $5,000.00 ("Total Payment Amount") for the graphic design services provided under this contract.

Payment Method:

Payment shall be made by Party B to Party A via bank transfer to the following account: [Bank Name], [Account Name], [Account Number], [Routing Number].

Payment Schedule:

The Total Payment Amount shall be paid according to the following schedule:

Initial Payment: Party B shall pay an initial deposit of $2,000.00 (40% of the Total Payment Amount) upon signing of this contract.
Progress Payments: Party B shall make two progress payments of $1,500.00 each (30% of the Total Payment Amount) upon approval of the initial logo concepts and website design concepts.
Final Payment: The remaining balance of $1,000.00 (20% of the Total Payment Amount) shall be paid upon completion and delivery of all final logo files and website launch.

Late Payment:

In the event of late payment, Party B shall be liable for a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Taxes:

Party B shall be responsible for any applicable sales tax related to the graphic design services provided under this contract.

Currency:

All payments shall be made in US dollars (USD).

Receipts:

Party A shall provide Party B with receipts or invoices for all payments made under this contract.

IV. Term and Termination

This Contract shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue until [End Date] unless terminated earlier by either party with [Specify notice period, if applicable] written notice. Either party may terminate this Contract for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

V. Confidentiality
