Beat Leasing Contract

This contract ("Contract") is entered into between [Your Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") and [Artist's Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") for the leasing of a musical beat produced by the Licensor for use in the Licensee's musical compositions.

1. Grant of License

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the musical beat described below, solely to create and distribute a musical composition:

Duration of Use: April 5, 2050, to April 5, 2051
Territories of Use: Worldwide

The Licensee acknowledges that the Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the beat, and this license is limited to the specified use as outlined in this Contract.

2. Payment Terms

In consideration for the license granted herein, the Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor the following fees:

Payment Method: PayPal (to be provided)

Payment shall be made in full upon execution of this Contract.

3. Rights and Restrictions

The Licensee shall have the right to use the beat solely for the creation and distribution of the Licensee's musical compositions.

The Licensee shall not have the right to transfer, sublicense, or assign the beat to any third party without the prior written consent of the Licensor.

The Licensor retains the right to continue leasing the beat to other parties during the term of this Contract.

4. Representations and Warranties

Both parties represent and warrant that they have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and perform this Contract, and that the performance of this Contract does not violate any other agreement or obligation to which they are bound.

5. Termination

This Contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Contract and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of receiving written notice thereof.

6. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State/Country].

7. Entire Contract

This Contract constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
