Live Music Contract

This Live Music Contract ("Contract") serves as a formal agreement between [Your Name] ("Performer") and [Organizer's Name] ("Organizer/Venue") for the provision of live musical entertainment at a specified event. 2. Services

3. Compensation

The Organizer/Venue agrees to pay the Performer the sum of $1000 as compensation for their performance.

Payment shall be made in full upon completion of performance.

4. Equipment and Setup

In the event of cancellation by either Party, reasonable notice must be given to the other Party.

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the canceling Party may be subject to payment of a cancellation fee as agreed upon in writing.

7. Indemnification

Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to their performance under this Contract.

8. Governing Law
