I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally declare that I am not liable for the alleged damages related to the incident that occurred on March 5, 2050, involving the property located at 789 Oak Lane, Rochester.

After a careful review of the circumstances surrounding the incident, I want to emphasize that, based on my understanding of the facts and applicable laws, I am not accepting liability for the matter at hand. I firmly believe that the responsibility for the aforementioned incident lies elsewhere.
