Dear Hillary Green,

I, Devon Ross, am participating in the Coastal Sports Event scheduled to take place on November 30, 2050, at Sports Arena, 789 Stadium Street. In consideration of my participation in this event, I hereby voluntarily waive my right to claim damages or hold liable Coastal Sports Event, Sports Extravaganza, Inc., and any affiliated parties involved in organizing the event.

I understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participating in a sporting event, including but not limited to risks of injury, property damage, or other harm. By signing this waiver, I willingly assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless Coastal Sports Event, Sports Extravaganza, Inc., their officers, employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses.

I have read and understand the rules and regulations of the Coastal Sports Event, and I agree to abide by them during my participation. I further acknowledge that this waiver is a legally binding document and is intended to be interpreted as broadly as permissible under applicable law.

Please find my signature below as an indication of my understanding and agreement to the terms outlined in this waiver.
