Dear Ms. Palomar,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of GreenTech Corporation, and I would like to formally request the waiver of Bank Guarantee No. BG#987654, which was issued by Azure Financial Corp. on January 15, 2050.
The purpose of this bank guarantee was to secure the completion of our construction project, involving the development of the Grand Rapids Office Complex. I am pleased to inform you that we have successfully fulfilled all the contractual obligations within the specified terms and conditions. Attached herewith are the completion certificates and relevant documentation supporting the successful conclusion of the project.
In light of the successful completion and satisfaction of all contractual requirements, we kindly request the release of the aforementioned bank guarantee. We believe that the conditions for which the guarantee was initially put in place have been met, and its release would be in accordance with our agreement.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and kindly request that you process the necessary documentation for the waiver at your earliest convenience.
