Job Summary

We are currently seeking an exceptional Services Specialist to join our customer service team. This role will primarily involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The incumbent will assist our customers by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving their issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience each time they interact with our company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and successfully

  • Ensure a positive experience for each customer interaction

  • Maintain and foster strong customer relationships

  • Report and provide feedback to management on customer service trends

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • High level of professionalism and patience when dealing with challenging situations

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be able to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays. Must also have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
