Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Proactively utilize job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source and identify potential candidates.
Coordinate and conduct interviews; assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment laws, and company procedures.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Prior experience in a Talent Acquisition role is essential, preferably within a legal setting. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in devising and executing successful recruitment strategies, comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, and a commitment to maintain an in-depth understanding of the current job market and recruitment best practices.
Effective communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills are indispensable, along with a strong dedication to promoting a positive company culture.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist role is required. Experience working in the legal industry is highly desirable.
