Job Overview
The Human Resource Specialist will take charge of managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The selected candidate will also foster a positive and healthy work environment, manage potential conflicts, and ensure smooth employee relations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified personnel.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting a healthy work environment.
Guide conflict resolution and policy interpretation.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Prior experience in human resources roles is preferred.
