Ensure adherence to billing policies and contract terms.
Address customer inquiries related to billing and provide clarification on billing statements.
Resolve discrepancies in billing processes to uphold customer trust and satisfaction.
Maintain organized and precise records of billing transactions and payments.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions to support efficient business operation.
Prepare and distribute periodic reports on billing and accounts receivable status.
Communicate effectively with various departments to resolve billing-related issues and enhance overall billing processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a billing specialist.
Adept at handling and preserving sensitive information.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field; BSc/BA in accounting preferred.
CPA certification is a plus.
