You will be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing principles, enforcing strict quality control measures, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties
Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and enforce quality control measures within the manufacturing process.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials and components.
Evaluate and select new suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria.
Address and resolve manufacturing issues promptly to avoid downtime.
Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Proven experience in a similar role in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and quality control.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and ERP software.
