Responsibilities and Duties

• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and enforce quality control measures within the manufacturing process.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials and components.

• Evaluate and select new suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria.

• Address and resolve manufacturing issues promptly to avoid downtime.

• Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

• Proven experience in a similar role in the manufacturing sector is preferred.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Thorough understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and quality control.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and ERP software.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Prior experience in supervising employees would be an added advantage.
